Teams at Gamma Phi Beta

Supervises financial activities for assigned collegiate chapters, supporting budgeting, approvals, financial analysis, IRS Form 990 filing, and financial goal setting. Trains and mentors chapter financial advisors, identifies chapters needing additional support, collaborates with regional and finance teams, and leads chapter finance visits. This volunteer role requires four to six hours weekly, with peak activity in April and May, and travel of up to five days annually.

Volunteer Chapter Advisor mentors and coaches collegiate members and officers, supports chapter goals and policy compliance, facilitates conflict resolution, and promotes leadership development. The advisor recruits, trains, and evaluates alumnae advisory board members; leads meetings, team-building, and annual training; reviews officer reports; and supports chapter planning and operations. The role requires 10–20 hours weekly, participation in training and virtual events, and travel up to eight days annually.

Facilitate Gamma Phi Beta leadership programs for collegiate officers and advisors. Responsibilities include reviewing curriculum, completing facilitator training and learning modules, leading three-hour sessions, coaching and mentoring participants, providing feedback on educational content, and supporting post-retreat connections.
