Coordinates client accounts, campaign timelines, cross-functional teams, deliverables, budgets, and partnership activations. Leads status calls, supports presentations and strategic research, tracks financial documentation, identifies workflow efficiencies, and maintains client communication. The role also mentors Account Coordinators and develops increasing ownership of agency operations, sponsorship strategy, and integrated campaign execution.

Lead and deliver best-in-class social creative across formats (concept, copy, video, motion, static). Mentor and manage creative teams, partner with account and client leads, build scalable social toolkits, oversee resourcing and delivery processes, drive platform-native culturally fluent content, and support new business and client presentations.
