Own and scale Gallatin’s endpoint, identity, SaaS, security, compliance, and office IT systems. Manage macOS, Windows, and mobile environments using Jamf Pro, Intune, Google Workspace, Okta, and Microsoft 365 GCC High. Automate provisioning, access lifecycle workflows, patching, compliance, and audit evidence. Troubleshoot complex systems issues, support employees, document processes, and establish secure controls aligned with CMMC and NIST 800-171. The role requires broad ownership and independent delivery in a small, fast-moving team.

Own technical delivery for defense customers: integrate Navigator with existing logistics systems, build and optimize data pipelines, create onboarding playbooks and tooling, troubleshoot escalations, and feed customer needs into product roadmap while representing Gallatin on-site and at reviews.

Design and ship interfaces for complex military logistics and AI systems. Conduct user research, prototype rapidly, collaborate with product and engineering teams, develop design systems, participate in design reviews, document specifications, and support product strategy. The role emphasizes human factors, information-dense interfaces, systems thinking, and designing for simulated and physical operational environments.
