Drive territory growth in Arizona by partnering with independent agencies, meeting daily/weekly/monthly production goals, coaching agents, managing contests and commissions, executing sales strategies, and documenting activity in Salesforce to increase policy production.

Lead a field sales team to drive territory growth and insurance policy production. Set and monitor targets, coach reps, manage Salesforce activity, expand agency relationships, analyze market trends, recruit and onboard staff, and represent sales cross-functionally. Travel as required.
