Supports aerospace manufacturing quality for unmanned aerial systems by inspecting assemblies, maintaining quality documentation, investigating nonconformances, supporting MRB activities and audits, and implementing corrective actions. Partners with engineering, production, and supply chain teams on root-cause analysis, process controls, production readiness, and continuous improvement while maintaining AS9100 compliance.

Lead high-level electrical system design for UAS products, decomposing requirements into architectures, directing subsystem engineers, and integrating robust designs. Perform component trade studies, PCB layout and reviews, EMC compliance, signal and power integrity work, design verification testing, and manufacturing test development. Maintain electrical BOMs, collaborate with manufacturing and contract manufacturers, estimate project effort, and serve as a technical expert across key drone technologies.

The Test Engineer II will design, develop, and validate test solutions for drone products, troubleshoot issues, and improve manufacturing processes.
