Manages Loungefly’s graphic design team, providing creative direction for innovative product concepts aligned with brand standards. Coaches designers, prioritizes work, contributes to product creation and revisions, collaborates cross-functionally, reports project status, resolves workflow challenges, and drives creative initiatives that strengthen product storytelling and brand impact.

Translates business needs into AI solution requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows. Coordinates Agile ceremonies, backlog quality, SDLC delivery, testing, stakeholder validation, risks, and releases. Supports AI product operations, evaluates AI outputs, develops training and documentation, manages the internal AI knowledge hub, and drives employee adoption of approved OpenAI and Anthropic capabilities. Promotes responsible AI, security, privacy, human oversight, and continuous improvement through feedback and usage insights.

Designs and develops licensed accessory products for Loungefly, including bag silhouettes, character art, graphics, materials, trims, hardware, and construction details. Researches trends, creates sketches, mockups, and prototypes, and balances creativity with functionality, brand standards, licensor guidelines, and costing parameters. Collaborates with creative leadership and cross-functional teams while independently managing projects and maintaining Loungefly’s brand integrity.
