Sources and manages branded merchandise suppliers, supporting vendor strategy, product costing, production timelines, compliance, quality, shipment tracking, and delivery performance. Maintains development tracking and vendor capacity reports, resolves routine supplier issues, monitors product standards, and communicates production status across global cross-functional teams. Requires experience with sourcing and production across multiple product categories, manufacturer communication, SKU and timeline management, and collaboration with design, development, and business partners.

Creates high-quality 3D digital sculpts and product assets for toy and collectible lines using ZBrush. Collaborates with designers, artists, production managers, and project teams throughout development, supports quality control, creates turn sheets and pad print vectors, and ensures designs meet brand, manufacturing, and molding requirements. Manages multiple projects independently while researching characters, applying Funko styling, and delivering production-ready assets.

Own Amazon demand forecasting, inventory replenishment, seasonal and promotional planning, and end-of-life planning. Analyze sell-in and sell-through data, maintain reporting in Excel and Power BI, resolve product availability and delivery issues, and improve forecast accuracy. Partner with Amazon, Sales, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to support S&OP, optimize in-stock performance, minimize inventory, and achieve sales and budget targets.
