Draft, review, and negotiate production/talent/vendor agreements; manage contract database and signature workflows; assist content clearance and IP reviews; coordinate outside counsel and ensure contractual compliance through all production phases.

Lead social programming strategy and manage the programming team for The Shop and related franchises. Oversee content calendars, publishing workflows, YouTube optimization, cross-functional collaboration, QC, and performance analysis to drive audience growth and cultural relevance.

Lead strategy and business development across film, TV, digital, branded entertainment, live and talent-led initiatives. Evaluate and prioritize opportunities, build business cases and financial models, structure deals, drive stakeholder alignment, manage BD workstreams, and prepare strategic materials for leadership and partners to advance high-priority partnerships from concept to execution.
