Supports theology and related courses by preparing Canvas course shells, assisting with grading, providing student feedback, attending lectures when requested, maintaining course records, and facilitating faculty-student communication. The role requires successful completion of the relevant course or related Fuller coursework, master’s-level study in theology, intercultural studies, or psychology, Canvas LMS experience, and strong time and task management skills.

Provides executive assistance and operational support to leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, travel, reimbursements, contracts, and hospitality coordination. Maintains enterprise HubSpot data, users, permissions, standards, and training materials. Handles financial reclassifications, payments, reporting, and fund-development support while coordinating multiple projects, documentation, templates, and workflows across a remote team.

Supports remote graduate courses by coordinating communication, preparing and uploading lectures to Canvas, grading assignments, providing feedback, leading online discussions, maintaining course records, teaching assigned topics, and meeting individually with students for academic support.
