Executes audience recruitment, onboarding, rewards, engagement, and community operations for assigned customer accounts. Coordinates projects, campaigns, surveys, and events; communicates timelines and updates to clients; monitors community activity; reviews deliverables for quality; maintains accurate documentation; and supports audience satisfaction through the Fuel Cycle platform.

The Strategic Research Lead will act as the primary contact for market research clients, manage research projects, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver actionable insights based on data analysis.

Lead and rebuild the enterprise sales function: own quota, reconstruct top-of-funnel and ICP, build pipeline generation, coach and scale a high-performance sales team, execute complex AI/SaaS deals with C-suite stakeholders, deliver accurate forecasting, and align cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Experience to drive new-logo growth and net revenue retention.
