Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Fuel Cycle employees can contribute up to $2700 annually to their FSA.

Disability Insurance

Disability insurance covers 50% of annual salary up to $1000 monthly maximum payout.

Dental Benefits

Fuel Cycle offer several dental plans through Aetna covering between 50% to 100% of expenses.

Vision Benefits

The vision benefits plan covers 100% for annual eye exams with $180 for glasses and contact lenses.

Health Insurance Benefits

Fuel Cycle offers HMO and PPO plans through Kaiser and Anthem Blue Cross with yearly out-of-pocket maximums between $2,500 to $5,500. We pay 100% of the employee medical premium up to $600 per month.

Life Insurance

Life insurance is equal to 60% an employee's annual salary.

Pet Insurance

Our pet insurance policy covers up to 90% of out of pocket expenses.

Fuel Cycle provides employees with a 401(k) matching plan managed by VOYA. We match 100% of contributions up to 6% of an employee's annual gross pay.
