Lead project modules and small workstreams in corporate finance engagements for Telecom, Media & Technology clients. Perform problem structuring, data gathering, financial analysis and modeling, synthesize findings, and present recommendations. Manage and mentor junior staff, contribute to proposals and thought leadership, and deliver high-quality client outputs under tight deadlines while traveling to client sites and firm offices as needed.

Lead M&A, activism and governance communications engagements including hostile and friendly M&A, IPOs, spin-offs, activism defense and shareholder proposals. Serve as project lead, craft strategic communications and materials, coordinate across PR/IR/digital/legal/financial teams, support business development, and help grow the practice through thought leadership and recruitment.
