Drive adoption, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells through account planning, executive check-ins, QBRs, forecasting, and consultative partnership. Monitor account health using Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot; coordinate cross-functionally to remove blockers and improve customer outcomes. Travel up to 30% for onsite visits, conferences, and company events.

Own relationships and net revenue retention for 25–35 strategic enterprise healthcare customers. Drive adoption, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, executive business reviews, account planning, forecasting, and measurable customer outcomes. Partner with Support, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and customer-facing teams to remove blockers and expand platform usage. Advise customers on healthcare data privacy and use Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot to monitor account health. Travel up to 30%.

Serve as Freshpaint’s first in-house legal leader, advising the CEO and cross-functional teams on commercial contracting, privacy, data protection, compliance, employment, corporate governance, financing, equity, and intellectual property. Build scalable legal templates, playbooks, workflows, and risk-management processes; negotiate customer, vendor, partner, and technology agreements; embed privacy-by-design practices; and manage outside counsel and legal spend.
