Coordinate patient scheduling, admissions, EMR demographic entry, insurance verification, and front-end billing. Greet patients, manage records, scan/file documents, handle phone lines, and assist with transportation and inventory. Ensure documentation accuracy and communicate insurance or schedule changes.

Meet with dialysis patients to educate and coordinate Medicare/Medicaid and other insurance options, assist with applications and indigent waivers, monitor and update insurance status, liaise with billing, track and audit reports, resolve discrepancies, and travel locally between clinics.
