Leads enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA and global template deployments across countries, sites, and business units. Directs deployment governance, localization, readiness, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, hypercare, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and transition to sustained operations. Coordinates business, IT, validation, change management, and external partners while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, adoption, and measurable transformation outcomes.

Manages Fresenius’ corporate portfolio and M&A activities, including market and target analysis, valuation modeling, due diligence, business case development, board approvals, negotiations, and execution. Leads strategic corporate projects across business units and collaborates with global stakeholders. Prepares management presentations, evaluates new business opportunities, supports scenario planning, and represents Fresenius with external advisors, investment banks, and potential partners.

Implements and supports regulated manufacturing software applications for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device customers. Responsibilities include technical consultations, requirements assessment, implementation planning, installation, configuration, integrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, validation, and customer testing. The role coordinates customer and internal stakeholders, manages project dependencies and risks, supports pre-sales activities, documents implementations, communicates technical decisions, and relays customer feedback to product management. Travel is required up to 10%.
