Design, prototype, test, integrate, and validate mechanical components, assemblies, precision motion systems, and thermal/fluid subsystems for autonomous metal 3D-printing factories. Interns own impactful cradle-to-grave projects, perform tolerance analysis and feasibility studies, and collaborate with electrical, software, and senior mechanical engineers to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

Design and redesign advanced energy components (turbines, heat exchangers, valves, pressure vessels, combustors) using first-principles and additive manufacturing. Evaluate materials, tolerances, thermal and structural performance, manufacturability, and production scalability. Collaborate with internal teams and customer engineers to drive feasibility, refine concepts, and inform product and process roadmaps.

The Strategic Finance Associate will manage financial models, conduct variance analysis, support M&A activities, and provide financial insights to leadership across multiple business units.
