Lead Freeform’s IT and infrastructure strategy, including data centers, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, storage, networking, security, corporate IT, and factory edge computing. Build infrastructure for a new manufacturing facility and create a repeatable global blueprint. Own petabyte-scale data systems, compliance, disaster recovery, budgets, vendors, audits, and executive reporting while remaining hands-on. Lead and grow the IT organization in a fully onsite environment.

Owns hybrid IT infrastructure spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, networking, endpoint management, and security. The role designs custom solutions, automates operations, leads infrastructure incident response and root-cause analysis, documents systems, mentors junior staff, and participates in on-call support. This is a fully onsite senior position supporting a rapidly scaling manufacturing technology environment.

Leads and establishes Freeform’s turbomachinery engineering division, setting technical strategy and developing compressors, turbines, and pumps optimized for additive manufacturing. Directs aerodynamic, thermo-mechanical, rotordynamic, structural, fatigue, creep, vibration, CFD, and FEA work from concept through test validation. Owns program schedules, budgets, and technical risks while collaborating across materials, manufacturing, controls, and simulation teams. Recruits, mentors, and develops the engineering organization.
