As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect and implement software systems for autonomous 3D printing, optimizing hardware control, telemetry, and machine learning processes.

Develop and deploy software systems for autonomous metal 3D printing factories, working closely with engineering teams to improve systems performance and reliability.

Provide day-to-day helpdesk and desktop support across Windows and Linux; maintain on‑prem infrastructure (bare metal, virtualization, SAN), identity services (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID), endpoint management (Intune, GPOs), networking (LAN/WiFi), AV/conference systems, asset/license inventories, and documentation. Support onboarding/offboarding, participate in on‑call rotation, and assist senior IT on larger projects.
