Produce loss analysis and reporting, file supplemental claims when errors are found, rebut insurer curtailments, assist with government audits, complete monthly write-offs, and serve as claims subject matter expert to reduce company loss exposure.

Manage foreclosure cases across investor types, ensure compliance with agency and investor timelines, coordinate with counsel and vendors, prepare reports and bidding instructions, review expenses and title issues, mentor staff, and maintain accurate foreclosure records and database updates.

The Account Executive solicits mortgage loans through broker channels, manages customer support, develops business opportunities, and coordinates documentation for approvals.
