Administer daily functions of the Special Loans portfolio, including SCRA eligibility, ARM index updates, partial release processing, buydown and balloon verification, loan-level maintenance, and customer support while ensuring compliance with federal, state, investor, and company guidelines.

Manage and resolve high-risk loan and complex customer disputes by performing root-cause analyses, coordinating across departments, handling escalations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide empathetic customer service via inbound/outbound calls, maintain confidentiality, document resolutions, and recommend process improvements to reduce future complaints.

Manage filing and follow-up of FHA Part B and non‑conveyance claims (CWCOT, SFLS) and loss mitigation claims (PFS, Partial, SFB, Mod, HAMP). Monitor title package submissions, resolve suspended claim exceptions, track payments, maintain reports/queues, and meet investor/HUD timelines to minimize losses.

Lead and support mortgage servicing transaction management, system integrations, data validation, and reporting. Partner with business, technology, vendors, and servicing teams to onboard MSR transactions, improve loan boarding processes, validate data integrations, and support investor and client reporting.
