Designs and maintains healthcare data pipelines, ETL workflows, databases, schemas, and analytical frameworks. Lead and manage multiple health data and policy projects: serve as client point of contact, develop and maintain workplans, timelines, budgets and staffing, mitigate risks, facilitate meetings, produce client-ready deliverables, use PM tools and agile methods, support proposals, data governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
