Leads the full consultative sales cycle, including territory planning, pipeline generation, discovery, account strategy, RFPs, negotiations, closing, renewals, and expansion. Manages forecasting in Salesforce and Domo, collaborates with cross-functional teams, engages senior education stakeholders, and travels as needed for client meetings, events, and internal activities.

Manage major client accounts by onboarding customers, driving adoption, demonstrating subscription value, monitoring client health, and supporting renewals and expansion. Partner with sales, services, product, and technical support teams to resolve issues and design learning program implementations.
