Teams at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Analyzes hotel labor costs and standards to support profitability, producing daily, payroll-period, and monthly labor reports. Investigates variances, overtime, sick pay, staffing levels, and accrued payroll; supports departmental labor budgeting and scheduling setup. The role also processes accounts payable invoices, prepares checks, reconciles records, transfers charges, maintains files, and assists with inventory activities.

Assist the Director of Engineering overseeing resort building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire/safety, renovations), supervise and train maintenance staff, manage work order systems and preventive maintenance, support purchasing and inventory, and help lead capital projects and new construction to ensure guest satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Maintains and repairs hotel building systems and equipment, including HVAC, chillers, electrical components, plumbing, and related infrastructure. Performs preventive maintenance, updates logs, responds promptly to guest maintenance requests, handles emergencies such as fires and power failures, and keeps engineering areas organized. Provides professional service while supporting hotel safety, quality, operational continuity, and guest experience.
