Lead cross-functional companion diagnostic (CDx) development projects from scoping through analytical/clinical validation, regulatory submission, and launch. Provide technical oversight, risk management, stakeholder communication with biopharma partners, drive design control and de-risking strategies, and support CDx portfolio strategy and process improvements.

Lead business development for biopharma partners, generate and manage partnership pipeline, own deal negotiations and contracting, drive account growth with cross-functional teams, provide product/market feedback, and travel ~25% for conferences and partner meetings.

Field-based account executive responsible for driving sales of FMI diagnostics to oncologists and cancer care stakeholders. Develop and execute account plans, analyze data to identify opportunities, coordinate with Strategic Account Managers, and negotiate to meet volume targets. Heavy territory travel (up to 90%) and relationship-building with hospital and physician office lab customers required.
