Provide administrative support for the Career Catalyst employer-of-record program: monitor ticketing, perform password resets, track and audit employment and worksite documentation, enter and validate data in Salesforce and Workday, generate reports, manage complex scheduling and meetings, take detailed notes, track action items, and assist with client and employee training and payroll/hiring processes.
