The Specialist will manage grants administration projects, oversee compliance, provide guidance to awardees, track KPIs, and support funding applications for workforce development on behalf of California colleges.

Support onboarding, monitoring, and technical assistance for Fresh Success CalFresh E&T providers. Review invoices and data, perform program compliance reviews, analyze reports, and help design trainings, webinars, and outreach to recruit and support partners.

Support grants administration and large-scale grant initiatives by executing contracts, maintaining accurate records, validating grantee data, coordinating project tasks in project management software, triaging general mailbox communications, coordinating schedules, and conducting outreach to grantees and payment recipients to resolve issues and ensure process continuity.
