Provides front-line customer service and administrative support for freight transportation operations. Responsibilities include shipment scheduling, tracking and tracing, documentation, customer and carrier communication, data entry, freight acceptance support, billing assistance, file maintenance, and issue escalation. The role supports timely freight movement across terminals, air/ocean branches, and logistics sites while maintaining accurate operational and financial records.

Serve as primary customer contact for day-to-day operations, onboarding, quoting, order execution, issue resolution, and billing follow-up. Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, prepare pricing and reports, support renewals and forecasting, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain account documentation and process improvements to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead strategic account planning and executive relationships to retain and grow enterprise customers. Drive business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, oversee KPIs, resolve complex issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled supply chain and logistics solutions.
