Lead content strategy and execution for owned and paid channels, own social channels (primarily LinkedIn), create written content and campaign messaging, support sales enablement and tradeshows, manage freelancers/design assets, track performance via metrics and content calendar, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand awareness and pipeline.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead design projects, provide technical guidance, and ensure high quality in electrical and electromechanical systems for medical devices, collaborating across functions to evaluate results and support documentation.

Partner with Account Managers to build relationships with Sterile Processing Departments, generate leads via cold calling, deliver product demonstrations and training, support customers onsite, and drive account plans. Travel frequently to hospital sites, collaborate with internal teams on launches and improvements, and use sales systems and dashboards to monitor performance.
