Own Pegasys’s national sales target, build and coach a high-performing sales team, and lead strategic enterprise healthcare pursuits. Responsibilities include pipeline and forecast management, consultative value selling, executive relationship development, ROI analysis, market strategy, CRM discipline, cross-functional implementation handoffs, and competitive insight. The role requires selling AI-enabled healthcare software to hospital stakeholders, representing the company at industry events, and traveling up to 50%.

Leads Gordian’s procurement operations across the Pacific and Central West regions through Regional Directors. Owns revenue, margin, client retention, operational efficiency, scalability, and execution quality. Drives cross-regional operational improvements, structured problem solving, growth enablement, financial discipline, executive partnerships, and succession planning. Requires strong operational, procurement, construction, financial, people-leadership, and change-management expertise, with travel of approximately 40–50% across the West region.

Performs routine laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods after training. Maintains, calibrates, and verifies laboratory instruments; documents results under GMP and good documentation practices; supports investigations of nonconforming results; and follows health, safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures. The role requires a scientific bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of laboratory experience, with medical-device sterilization and regulated-industry experience preferred.
