Own and build reusable low-level firmware and platform services for a multi-MCU embedded system on Zephyr RTOS. Design device reliability (watchdog, supervision), real-time automotive Ethernet and custom serial protocols, HAL/drivers, test infrastructure (unit/integration/HIL), perform hardware bring-up and debugging, profile and optimize power/CPU/bus, collaborate with vendors, and document architectures to enable stable, scalable platform foundations.

Lead vehicle systems integration by collaborating across engineering, design, and manufacturing to develop, prototype, and validate integrated mechanical and electromechanical solutions. Drive cross-functional architecture trades, resolve geometric incompatibilities using 3D tools and first principles, and improve cost, mass, manufacturability, serviceability, and user experience.

Lead electrical and software integration for vehicle platform programs from concept through Job 1. Drive resolution of hardware/software risks, manage DFMEA, audits, part updates, sourcing, validation, and cross-functional alignment to meet milestones and production readiness.
