Build planning cadences, prioritization frameworks, tooling strategy, launch readiness, competitive intelligence, and automated product-health monitoring. Synthesize product usage, feedback, and market signals into decision-ready insights and dashboards. Partner cross-functionally to reduce operational friction and support responsible AI-enabled workflows.

Plan and execute Follett Software’s event portfolio including national/regional trade shows, annual Sales Kickoff, webinars, and customer events. Manage vendors, budgets ($600K+), logistics, master calendar, cross-functional coordination, and post-event analysis to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
