Own the full sales cycle for small-business customers, from high-volume outbound prospecting and discovery through closing. Build pipeline across phone, email, and SMS; uncover regulatory and compliance needs; present tailored SaaS solutions; maintain accurate CRM records; meet revenue and activity targets; and continuously improve through coaching. The role requires strong communication, resilience, customer rapport, sales discipline, and the ability to manage many opportunities in a fast-paced, primarily remote environment.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines, improve data modeling and governance, contribute to enterprise data architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-quality data for analytics and operational use.
