Designs, configures, supports, and maintains healthcare information systems and PACS imaging applications. The role also collaborates with stakeholders, documents system requirements, evaluates programming requests, and may mentor staff at the senior level.

Provides independent and collaborative psychiatric patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, illness and injury management, disease prevention, and recovery support. Follows clinical practice guidelines and scope-of-practice requirements, maintains quality standards, supports patients across age groups, collaborates with healthcare professionals, mentors team members, and contributes to leadership and ongoing professional development.

Leads strategic sourcing and value analysis for nursing products, optimizing patient experience, quality outcomes, and total cost. Drives product standardization, GPO contract compliance, disruption response, stakeholder engagement, contract lifecycle management, vendor performance reviews, and data-driven negotiations. Partners with executives, physicians, clinicians, department leaders, and suppliers to evaluate products, implement conversions, and achieve sustainable value.
