Designs, configures, supports, and maintains healthcare information systems and PACS imaging applications. Leads strategic sourcing and value analysis for nursing products, optimizing patient experience, quality outcomes, and total cost. Drives product standardization, GPO contract compliance, disruption response, stakeholder engagement, contract lifecycle management, vendor performance reviews, and data-driven negotiations. Partners with executives, physicians, clinicians, department leaders, and suppliers to evaluate products, implement conversions, and achieve sustainable value.

Analyzes revenue cycle operations, metrics, productivity, and performance gaps; builds dashboards; conducts root cause analysis; and designs, tests, and implements Epic edits, workflows, queues, and processes to improve revenue recovery, regulatory compliance, and team efficiency.

Provides inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care, emergency services, treatment planning, patient assessments, and coordination with psychiatric nursing units. Develops and improves healthcare programs, monitors quality and compliance, follows applicable laws and hospital policies, participates in education and training, and collaborates across departments to support high-quality patient care.
