Operate and set up 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components. Read drawings and GD&T, load and adjust programs and offsets, select tooling, inspect parts using precision instruments and CMM equipment, troubleshoot machining issues, maintain records, follow safety and quality standards, and support continuous improvement.

Provide on-site lifecycle management and technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices. Perform rack-and-stack, basic cabling, hardware/software and network troubleshooting, AV support, medium-complexity IT projects, documentation, and ensure device compliance with ITAR and cybersecurity standards (CMMC L2, NIST 800-171).

Write and edit CNC programs for 5-axis mills, plan machining operations from blueprints/GD&T, select tools/speeds/feeds, prove programs, troubleshoot machines, perform inspections with precision instruments, and coordinate with engineering to resolve manufacturability issues.
