Teams at Flowserve Corporation

Provides onsite technical support for pumps and mechanical seals at oil and chemical industry customers. Troubleshoots equipment issues, performs failure and performance analysis, recommends repairs or replacements, supports installations and operations, maintains engineering data and inventory records, processes engineering changes, coordinates customer and internal teams, and delivers technical training. Requires local travel, occasional overnight travel, physical site access, and customer-site credentials.

Production Supervisors oversee machining operations, implementing continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices, managing KPIs, and solving process problems.
