Provides community-based behavioral health and family support services to children and youth. Advocates for client voice, coordinates Intensive Mental Health Family Plans, connects families with resources, responds to crises, supports decision-making, transports clients, participates in interdisciplinary meetings, and documents services. Work occurs primarily in homes, schools, community settings, and offices, requiring collaboration with families, county agencies, courts, and other professionals.

Provides case management, counseling, life-skills and job-readiness instruction to transitional-aged youth ages 18–25. Helps youth develop independent-living plans, access community resources, obtain identification documents, use public transportation, secure housing, pursue higher education, and transition to self-sufficiency. Documents services, attends supervision, follows licensing and agency requirements, and reports serious incidents and sensitive situations.

Lead clinical chart audits, contract compliance reviews, and CQI initiatives across behavioral health programs. Monitor regulatory adherence (LACDMH, Medi-Cal, DCFS, CDSS), develop dashboards and reports, train staff, support audits and corrective actions, and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve service quality and contract performance.
