Teams at Florence Crittenton Services of Orange County Inc.

Provides direct case management for the Enhanced Care Management program: assess client needs across health and social domains, develop and implement Individual Care/Health Action Plans, coordinate services and benefits, perform outreach and engagement (including field visits), accompany clients to appointments, use evidence-based practices (Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed Care), document care, and collaborate with health providers and interdisciplinary teams to promote client wellness and access to services.

Lead clinical chart audits, contract compliance reviews, and CQI initiatives across behavioral health programs. Monitor regulatory adherence (LACDMH, Medi-Cal, DCFS, CDSS), develop dashboards and reports, train staff, support audits and corrective actions, and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve service quality and contract performance.

Oversee and coordinate clinical services and staff (Wraparound, IFCCS, CBSL). Ensure timely documentation, lead clinical supervision and training, manage schedules, conduct performance reviews, perform chart audits, participate in program planning, and provide 24-hour administrative on-call consultation.
