Provides community-based behavioral health and family support services to children and youth. Advocates for client voice, coordinates Intensive Mental Health Family Plans, connects families with resources, responds to crises, supports decision-making, transports clients, participates in interdisciplinary meetings, and documents services. Work occurs primarily in homes, schools, community settings, and offices, requiring collaboration with families, county agencies, courts, and other professionals.

Provides case management, counseling, life-skills and job-readiness instruction to transitional-aged youth ages 18–25. Helps youth develop independent-living plans, access community resources, obtain identification documents, use public transportation, secure housing, pursue higher education, and transition to self-sufficiency. Documents services, attends supervision, follows licensing and agency requirements, and reports serious incidents and sensitive situations.

Lead clinical chart audits, contract compliance reviews, and CQI initiatives across behavioral health programs. Monitor regulatory adherence (LACDMH, Medi-Cal, DCFS, CDSS), develop dashboards and reports, train staff, support audits and corrective actions, and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve service quality and contract performance.

Provide administrative support for shelter closure activities including scanning, filing, data entry, managing records and supplies, coordinating shipments and vendors, assisting with logistics for meetings/events, and maintaining confidentiality and cross-functional communication to ensure a compliant, efficient closure process.

Provide administrative support to project management by coordinating meetings and schedules, preparing agendas/minutes and reports, maintaining project files and tracking systems, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring timelines, and performing general office tasks like data entry and supply management.

Provide clinical leadership and supervision for High-Fidelity Wraparound services, ensuring trauma-informed, culturally responsive, evidence-based care that meets Medi-Cal and LACDMH requirements. Oversee risk management, supervise licensed and unlicensed clinicians, maintain supervision documentation and licensure tracking, integrate clinical and non-clinical services, support family-driven Child and Family Team processes, and provide field-based consultation with flexible hours and travel across Los Angeles County.

Provide clinical leadership and supervision of Wraparound Specialty Mental Health Services, ensuring Medi-Cal and LACDMH compliance, risk management, clinical consultation, fidelity to High-Fidelity Wraparound, documentation, interagency collaboration, staff development, and on-call support for children, youth, and families.
