Manage end-to-end billing operations, perform reconciliations and dataset analysis in Salesforce and billing systems, partner cross-functionally to resolve escalations, educate customers across channels, and author process documentation to reduce inbound case volume.

Lead end-to-end commercial support for complex B2B SaaS transactions: structure pricing and discounts, negotiate contract redlines, resolve escalations across Finance/Legal/RevOps, create playbooks and workflow improvements, evaluate quote-to-cash automation, and coach junior team members.
