Leads integrated creative campaigns, product launch narratives, and brand films from concept through delivery. Establishes visual, cinematic, editorial, and production standards across design, motion, and video. Mentors multidisciplinary teams, directs creative execution, and develops brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and review frameworks. Partners with strategy and production leaders to translate business goals into emotionally engaging narratives with clear technical product messaging.

Lead Flock’s external communications and PR strategy, crisis communications, issues management, executive thought leadership, media relations, and brand narrative. Build measurable communications metrics, secure major media placements and speaking opportunities, advise and media-train executives, manage agency partners, and lead a high-performing communications team focused on public safety technology, policy, and community audiences.

Own end-to-end editing for short- and long-form documentary, brand, and product videos. Transform raw footage and interviews into emotionally compelling narratives, establish pacing and visual style, manage post-production workflows, and deliver format-specific cuts for web, social, events, and executive presentations. The role requires strong editorial judgment, narrative development, color and audio finishing, motion integration, and creative ownership from rough cut through final delivery.
