Lead a CX Design practice to create end-to-end, cross-channel support journeys and service blueprints. Manage and coach a team, oversee AI-enabled support, knowledge governance, and delivery of transformation programs (platform migrations, telephony, Salesforce, AI deployments) from scope through hypercare. Establish repeatable methods, ownership, quality standards, and measurable cross-functional influence.

Processes, validates, and audits customer orders across Salesforce and Google Sheets. Verifies billing triggers, line items, payment terms, and contract requirements; resolves discrepancies with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance; maintains accurate order documentation and master data; manages order queues and service levels; and identifies workflow bottlenecks to improve order-to-cash operations.

Lead legal research and legislative tracking on public safety technology regulation; draft and review communications for customers, officials, and stakeholders; analyze emerging privacy and public safety laws; develop policy positions and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, External Affairs, and Communications to ensure compliance and mitigate business risk.

Lead the end-to-end integration and platform strategy for public safety systems, owning API ecosystems, data modeling and governance, automated ingestion pipelines, and investigative search/mapping experiences. Coordinate cross-functional teams to build scalable, auditable integrations across CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, and third-party systems.

Lead frontend architecture and execution for high-traffic Search features using React and TypeScript. Build map-based visualizations, optimize client-side performance and state management, collaborate with product/design/backend, conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and ship production-grade web features.

Lead FP&A for capital expenditure and hardware supply chain: build and automate capex and inventory forecasting models, drive demand-planning analysis, identify capex savings, and partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and sales to inform strategic hardware investment decisions.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for FlockSafety.com. Own information architecture, navigation, and audience journeys. Set website governance with growth, guide CRO and SEO, manage Webflow infrastructure and external developers, ensure performance, accessibility, and QA, and manage direct reports to optimize conversion and user experience.

Own the cloud video product roadmap for onboarding, live viewing, playback, management, and search. Lead platform strategy and third-party integrations, partner with Engineering/Design/Go-to-Market/Customer Success, run customer discovery, and establish metrics to evaluate video performance and engagement.
