Lead design and implementation of the payment integrations platform (APIs, SDKs, embedded web), build scalable payment rails (ACH), drive technical roadmap, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve operations via automation, tooling, and observability.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and scale backend services for core products at Flex, focusing on Payments and Billing. Responsibilities include leading projects, making independent technical decisions, and mentoring teammates. Requires strong experience in Java and AWS services.
