Lead the technical roadmap for partner integrations across APIs, SDKs, and web experiences. Design, build, and scale backend services and integrations for payment, billing, identity, and partner systems. Own API scoping, design, implementation, deployment, and production operations with minimal oversight. Build fault-tolerant systems, data pipelines, and scalable architectures while collaborating with product, design, engineering, and external partners. Contribute to reliability monitoring, observability, automation, technical standards, and mentoring in a distributed team.

Build and own full-stack MarTech services, scalable APIs, event-driven systems, data pipelines, and customer-facing web experiences. Integrate advertising, analytics, messaging, and marketing platforms while supporting attribution, identity resolution, experimentation, acquisition, and retention. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, design, and engineering teams to launch measurable growth initiatives. Mentor engineers and establish technical best practices across high-scale marketing infrastructure.

Owns test automation and quality efforts for major product areas, including architecting automation frameworks, developing API, UI, and integration tests, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines. Leads test strategy, risk analysis, debugging, quality improvements, and release planning. Mentors junior SDETs, reviews test code, analyzes coverage, maintains quality metrics, and drives cross-functional adoption of testing best practices.

Lead design vision and execute end-to-end product design for Flex's most complex consumer initiatives. Produce high-fidelity prototypes, drive design systems and craft standards, influence product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor designers, and use AI and front-end fluency to improve workflows and product quality.
