Deliver analyses, dashboards, and datasets that inform GTM and Operations. Build and maintain BI dashboards, perform ad hoc analyses, enable self-serve analytics, and collaborate with data/engineering using modern data stack tools.

Own and operate the affiliate program end-to-end: platform operations across multiple affiliate networks, commission and payment structures, deliverable fulfillment, reporting, and presenting program ROI to merchants. Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to manage enrollment, payouts, inventory, and churn while building systems and playbooks to scale program growth.

Lead day-to-day written customer support, directly assist customers, manage and coach contractors, improve AI workflows and tooling, build SOPs and help content, analyze trends, track CSAT and support metrics, and resolve escalations with cross-functional partners.
