Leads administration, maintenance, and governance of MoneyPass network operating rules supporting surcharge-free ATM access. Oversees compliance, rule updates, participant guidelines, disputes, arbitration, penalties, and the MoneyPass Locator. Partners with pricing, analytics, product, legal, strategy, and leadership teams to communicate regulatory and operational changes. Drives process improvement, automation, AI adoption, and data-informed operational excellence while translating complex rules into practical guidance for stakeholders.

Manage and grow Fiserv relationships with Minority Depository Institution clients. Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, lead contract renewals and renegotiations, identify revenue-growth opportunities, promote Fiserv solutions, and drive retention, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to resolve issues and align solutions with client strategies and financial performance. The role requires up to 60% domestic travel.

Manage a portfolio of Minority Depository Institution clients, serving as the primary relationship contact for executive stakeholders. Lead renewals, negotiations, retention efforts, and revenue expansion by aligning client needs with Fiserv solutions. Monitor satisfaction, risk, and portfolio performance while collaborating with sales, marketing, service, and account management teams. Provide consultative guidance based on banking, payments, and financial services trends.
