Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for sales, technical, and corporate roles; manage ATS workflows and data hygiene in Lever/Rippling; source and close talent using advanced tools; advise hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation; build employer brand, university relations, vendor performance, and inclusive hiring practices to support market expansion.

Provide in-house legal support across corporate, commercial, technology, privacy, data security, employment, and compliance matters. Draft, negotiate, and manage software/SaaS/AI and other commercial agreements; maintain SEC filings; support regulatory and cross-border corporate governance; develop legal templates and scalable contract processes; coordinate with outside counsel on disputes and handle special projects for leadership.

Manage strategic, high-value SaaS client relationships to drive retention, renewals, and upsell growth. Lead renewals and pricing negotiations, forecast revenue, conduct onsite needs analyses, mitigate churn, collaborate with Product and Marketing, and represent clients at industry events. Travel to client sites occasionally (~20%).
