Provides evidence-based behavior-analytic treatment for children with autism and related learning differences. Manages a caseload, makes individualized clinical decisions, supports families, mentors RBTs, collaborates with clinical teams, and maintains quality care within a 115-hour monthly billable expectation.

Leads hands-on ABA training for new instructors, teaches and models clinical skills, supports RBT certification preparation, mentors team members during their first 45 days, collaborates with Talent Acquisition, and provides direct clinical services and coverage support.
