Own customer integrations from discovery through production operation. Translate manufacturing and IT processes into reliable architectures, build or direct implementation, manage go-live, and ensure monitoring, retries, reconciliation, auditability, and incident response. Create reusable connectors, documentation, and reference architectures while identifying API and platform improvements. Collaborate with customers, engineering, product, sales, customer success, and integration partners.

Build and operate production-grade data pipelines and products for manufacturing customers. Lead discovery, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, and operational handoff. Model manufacturing data, ensure data quality and observability, and create reusable pipelines and analytics products. Work directly with customer data, manufacturing, IT, product, and engineering teams to solve ambiguous operational problems and deliver reliable solutions.

Leads and scales the Forward Deployed Engineering function by hiring and coaching engineers, managing complex customer deployment portfolios, setting technical and delivery standards, handling critical escalations, and connecting deployments to adoption and revenue. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve repeatability, productize customer solutions, and build scalable tooling and operating processes.
