Lead supply chain and inventory product strategy, design and ship features for procurement, inventory, traceability, and BOM/MRP sync. Work closely with engineers and factory teams to prototype, run data queries, push code, conduct field research, and measure product impact to solve manufacturing supply chain bottlenecks.

As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will solve customer challenges by creating software solutions, collaborating with clients, and ensuring satisfaction while owning the development and delivery of ION solutions.

Lead design and delivery of production-ready AI systems within the ION Factory OS, ship AI-driven and core product features, architect scalable cloud-native systems and ML pipelines, implement RAG and MCP integrations, collaborate with product and data teams, ensure reliability and scalability, and mentor junior engineers.
