Own customer integrations from discovery through production operation. Translate manufacturing and IT processes into reliable architectures, build or direct implementation, manage go-live, and ensure monitoring, retries, reconciliation, auditability, and incident response. Create reusable connectors, documentation, and reference architectures while identifying API and platform improvements. Collaborate with customers, engineering, product, sales, customer success, and integration partners.

Own onboarding-focused product features from discovery through launch and optimization. Gather customer feedback, translate needs into requirements and user stories, prioritize backlogs, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales, and use data to improve adoption. Participate in Agile ceremonies and help customers achieve early success with the platform.

Lead supply chain and inventory product strategy, design and ship features for procurement, inventory, traceability, and BOM/MRP sync. Work closely with engineers and factory teams to prototype, run data queries, push code, conduct field research, and measure product impact to solve manufacturing supply chain bottlenecks.

Lead design and delivery of production-ready AI systems within the ION Factory OS, ship AI-driven and core product features, architect scalable cloud-native systems and ML pipelines, implement RAG and MCP integrations, collaborate with product and data teams, ensure reliability and scalability, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead full-stack feature development using AI-augmented workflows. Build APIs and Postgres data models, design GraphQL schemas, maintain AWS infrastructure, drive testing (Pytest, Jest), write technical designs, and promote AI tooling adoption.

The Forward Deployed Software Engineer will solve customer challenges by developing software solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineers, product managers, and forward deployed engineers. Source proactively, run structured interviews and calibration, maintain ATS hygiene, partner with hiring managers on scorecards, and support employer branding and corporate hiring efforts.

Own full sales cycle for complex, multi-million dollar hardtech and industrial deals. Translate engineering requirements into business value for C-suite and engineering leaders, navigate procurement and regulatory processes, drive technical validation, feed market intelligence to product teams, and consistently exceed sales targets using sales tools and stakeholder influence.
