Teams at First Place for Youth

Leads First Place for Youth’s national growth strategy, including market expansion, government partnerships, public funding, policy advocacy, and program scaling. Works with the CEO and executive team to identify new markets, secure Title IV-E and workforce development funding, develop strategic partnerships, track growth and impact KPIs, and represent the organization nationally. Manages and develops a high-performing national and policy team while advancing services for transition-age foster youth across multiple states.
