Manage Firefly’s global trade compliance program, focusing on EAR, ITAR, sanctions, customs, export classifications, licensing, foreign national reviews, deemed export assessments, and Technical Assistance Agreements. Conduct compliance due diligence for partnerships and acquisitions, advise cross-functional teams, improve scalable processes, and resolve ambiguous compliance challenges. The role requires extensive aerospace or defense export compliance experience, strong stakeholder management, regulatory writing skills, and 5–10% domestic travel.

Develop and manage integrated master schedules, cost estimates, budgets, and performance reports for aerospace and defense spacecraft programs. Analyze risks, dependencies, expenditures, and what-if scenarios; coordinate engineering, manufacturing, integration, testing, and launch activities. Establish program controls processes, templates, training, and reporting standards while briefing executives, customers, and government stakeholders on performance and corrective actions.

Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, produce GAAP financial statements and disclosures, assist with internal controls (SOX) and technical accounting, support audits, perform ad-hoc analysis, and collaborate with FP&A, operations, and legal.
