The role focuses on identifying operational bottlenecks, maintaining timely and complete case information, and communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and partners in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Own attorney and client relationships, coordinate case progress from intake to resolution, provide status updates, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely, high-quality client communication and case velocity in collaboration with Legal Ops.
