Teams at Filevine

Build and manage a geographic sales territory through primarily in-person prospecting with law firms. Develop relationships with legal staff and decision-makers, sell Filevine’s deposition and AI-powered products, manage outbound activity, maintain Salesforce records, forecast opportunities, and support initial customer enablement and adoption. The role requires frequent field work, local industry networking, collaboration with internal teams, and independent pipeline generation.

Administer and optimize the Filevine legal technology platform for law firm clients. Advise on configurations and workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, lead feature rollouts, manage onboarding and offboarding, audit business processes, train users, document procedures, and drive platform adoption. The role requires legal operations knowledge, SaaS integration experience, project leadership, bilingual English-Spanish proficiency, and availability in the Los Angeles area.

Lead observability and incident management efforts: define SLIs/SLOs, build monitoring/alerting, dashboards, logging, and tracing. Drive incident response, postmortems, and reliability improvements to reduce MTTD/MTTR. Integrate observability into CI/CD, maintain AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, automate operations, and mentor engineers on SRE best practices.
