Transcribe confidential legal proceedings verbatim using proprietary software, maintaining accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and discretion. Independently manage a flexible workload, select available gigs, meet weekly deadlines, and learn basic legal terminology. Applicants must be native English speakers residing in the United States, have reliable internet access, strong listening and typing skills, and the ability to produce precise transcripts. Prior transcription experience is helpful but not required.

Administer and optimize the Filevine legal technology platform for client law firms. Advise on configurations and workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, manage feature rollouts, support onboarding and offboarding, audit business processes, and drive platform adoption. The role also includes creating documentation, training users, providing technical support, managing integrations and automation, and leading cross-functional initiatives during Eastern Time Zone hours.

Develop and maintain backend applications using .NET, C#, Redis, OpenSearch, AWS, and cloud-native technologies. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, optimizing performance and reliability, conducting code reviews, supporting applications, and leading software and process improvements. The role also involves mentoring colleagues, collaborating independently or with teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
