Develops profitable commercial banking relationships with companies generating $50M–$500M in annual sales. Manages complex client portfolios, advises senior executives, coordinates treasury, capital markets, wealth management, and credit partners, and delivers tailored financing solutions. Responsibilities include business development, relationship strategy, financial statement and credit analysis, portfolio risk monitoring, client engagement, CRM usage, and participation in community or industry events.

Supports commercial credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring by analyzing borrower and guarantor financials, assessing credit risk, developing financial projections and sensitivity analyses, preparing approval memoranda, monitoring covenants, validating risk ratings, and escalating emerging risks. The role also prepares portfolio review materials, resolves data and documentation issues, supports credit committees, and provides technical guidance to junior analysts.

Drive new Middle Market commercial client acquisition and revenue growth through prospecting, networking, referral development, pipeline management, and relationship building. Partner with relationship managers, product specialists, credit teams, and wealth partners to structure financial solutions. Coordinate onboarding, monitor market trends, meet production goals for loans, deposits, and fees, and maintain accurate forecasting while adhering to risk and regulatory standards.
