The Commercial Senior Portfolio Manager manages client portfolios, recommends credit decisions, collaborates with the coverage team, and ensures compliance with lending policies while mentoring junior staff.

Lead and develop a team of licensed retail bankers to meet securities sales and fee-income goals. Coach, train, and conduct client meetings (solo and joint), manage sales planning, maintain product knowledge, handle client issues, run seminars, and build internal/external relationships while ensuring risk and compliance.

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients (>$10M sales) through prospecting, relationship strategy, credit analysis, and collaboration with product partners (treasury, capital markets, wealth). Ensure credit quality, meet financial goals, use CRM for pipeline management, and participate in community activities and regional travel.
