Lead cross-functional product development programs from concept through launch for connected HVACR tools. Coordinate engineering, firmware, software, mobile, cloud, quality, operations, marketing, and global partners. Manage risk, schedule, and supplier relationships; translate strategy into executable plans; improve project management practices and governance; and communicate status and trade-offs to executives to deliver high-quality products on time.

Lead design quality for connected HVACR products by developing V&V strategies, executing test plans, evaluating prototypes, performing root-cause analysis, participating in design reviews, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and global manufacturers to ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Partner with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and product teams to develop and execute V&V plans for pumps and pressure systems. Design and run tests, validate prototypes, investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions. Provide technical quality guidance in design reviews, work with global suppliers for successful launches, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
